The Caregiver Incentive Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports in-home caregivers and people who rely on care throughout the Upper Peninsula. Since 2021, Superior Life Services has provided CPR/AED training for its caregiver classes. In 2025, 140 caregivers received training, strengthening the skills they use to provide safer care.

The Builders Show is presented by the Builders Association of the Upper Peninsula. Superior Life Services participated in 2023 and 2024 with a booth highlighting the importance of CPR and first-aid training. Approximately 10 attendees each year learned and practiced hands-only CPR. A CPR pocket-mask drawing gave one participant a practical lifesaving tool to keep in a vehicle.

Embers Credit Union hosted an employee wellness fair on a scheduled banking holiday. Superior Life Services shared practical guidance on when to call 911 and how to set up a phone with emergency contacts and medical information that first responders can use if someone cannot provide it. Participants also practiced hands-only CPR and learned why having an AED nearby can make a difference.

Marquette Charter Township hosted a community safety forum with representatives from the Marquette Township Fire Department, Marquette County Sheriff Department, and UPSET. Superior Life Services was invited in 2023 and 2024 to discuss the importance of community CPR and first-aid training and to give residents an opportunity to practice hands-only CPR. [More]
